This delightful three bedroom property sits on a low cliff overlooking the ocean, Devils Tear and The Beach Club at Sandy Bay.

Enjoying a lovely setting, the main house is open plan with one double bedroom (en-suite bathroom) and a mezzanine area. All rooms take advantage of the wonderful view and there is a separate two bedroom cottage with inter-connecting door and en-suite bathrooms.

Offering a swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen and lots of space, this light and airy family home is a great place to spend your time whilst on Nusa Lembongan.

Location

On Lembongan Island. Just 30 minutes off the coast of Bali by speed boat. Transfer from the harbor to the house approx. 15 minutes.

Conditions

Exclusive 5 % service charge.
Inclusive breakfast.
Inclusive transfer from the harbor on Lembongan to the house and back.
Boat transfer will be organised by us at local cost (approx. US$ 35.00/guest/way).

Terms of payment

50% deposit to guarantee booking.
Balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival date. If bookings are made within eight weeks of arrival, the full amount is due as soon as the booking confirmation has been received by the guest.

Cancellation

less than 30 days prior to arrival : 50%
less than 15 days prior to arrival : 100%
